Warranty Policy
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the documents related to the purchase, the warranty period for the main product and accessories are 60 and 30 days respectively. The warranty period starts when the product is delivered to the user. If users modify or fix CosmoxToys Gel Blaster or the accessories by themselves other than a CosmoxToys Authorized Service Station, the warranty will be terminated.
Within 60 days from the date of receipt, products or accessories with defective problems can be exchanged or refunded, but no refund or replacement is allowed beyond the warranty period.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
- Defects caused by misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect maintenance/modification or improper or negligent personal modification, defects caused by lightning, fire, water, or other force majeure events.
- Consumables (that is, parts that are expected to be replaced regularly, including but not limited to: gel balls, etc.) are defective or have exceeded the expected service life of the relevant consumables.
- The warranty does not include the cost of indirect damage or indirect loss or any related costs claimed under the warranty, such as loss caused by the inability to operate the product.
- Products developed specifically for use in the country/region of sale, for example, due to different transmission systems and approval requirements, if the product is used in other countries/regions that cause defects or malfunctions, it will not be covered by the warranty.
- Replacing the defective product with the same or similar product, or
- Replacing the defective parts of the product, or
- Refund or partial refund.
- To start a return, you should contact us via support@mycosmoxtoys.com. All the above return and replacement applications due to quality problems of products or accessories can be processed only after the customer sends the relevant evidence, pictures, or videos to us by email or sends them back to our customer center. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When the return/exchange is due to our error, we will be responsible for the shipping charges of the return and transportation charges to the consumer for the repaired product and/or replacement product.
